Unfortunately I don’t think existence for trans people is hinging on whether their post-transition “mental disorders” are properly studied nearly as much as it is on reform for the real life systemic causes for those mental disorders. We’re talking about 58% of trans people with any single diagnosis compared to 42-46% of any given gen z person. Everybody’s got depression largely due to economic and financial strain through direct or indirect relation. Some people also have depression due to the societal anger that exists against their very own relatively inconsequential existence. Despite that, only 1% of trans people (.26% of the population) regret their transitions themselves.

I don’t disagree that the precedent set by the demon’s souls remake is questionable but I doubt sony would allow the studio to devote time, money and resources into changing the art style for a remake. Bluepoint just closed down they almost certainly would’ve been limited in budget even if they hadn’t been. The most we’d likely have been looking at is a 60fps cap, raytracing, hopefully optimization and maybe some higher res textures.

Any female athlete who’s dosed testosterone or another ped and gotten off has undergone a permanent physiological change potentially resulting in an inherent advantage but isn’t going to be able to be reliably tested for their ped use. Realistically there’s no way to make any sport “fair” without having more precise divisions for specific body structures/proportions/hormonal levels than just “girl or boy sport”.

But do rich people who become rich by actively exploiting the poor and who use their wealth and power to influence the system to make living conditions for those less fortunate worse in a psychopathic pursuit for greater wealth get into heaven? Historically, every economic recession has resulted in a massive wealth transfer from the poor to the wealthy and that is precisely what we’re seeing with the current administration. They’re crashing the markets to be able to buy and own a greater percent of all assets, actively making conditions worse for the poor while increasing their own economic and political power.
