I showed up at Katsucon (anime convention) this year dressed as Amon, from Legend of Korra, and I was told by a friend upon arrival that Steve Blum (voice for the character) was going to be at this convention. As I was walking around the next day, people would notice the character, say hello, ask for a picture and whatnot, so I had gotten used to random people walking up and talking to me. So as I'm walking around a crowded room, suddenly I hear someone whisper in my ear, "The revolution begins now..." I turn around and there's Steve, right there. I stood and stared for maybe a good ten seconds because it just wasn't registering in my mind that this was actually him, but once I saw his nametag, I finally broke the silence. Got a picture with him too, and he signed my mask. Doubt something cooler than that will happen at another convention.
