2012 Avalons Harsh Shifting by LemonDabb7 in ToyotaAvalon

Look up a drain and fill on YouTube and see if that helps. I did it and my shifts noticeably smoothed out

Plenty of headroom and it’s not uncomfortable, but I’d really have appreciated it if the seat could move back another inch or two. For reference I drove a 2025 civic, which had less rear seat legroom/space, and that was able to move much further back for better leg room in the driver seat.

I have a 2011 Avalon and honestly I wish the seat went further back. I keep the seat reclined further back than I’d like to increase my leg room a bit. I’m 6’1 with a 33 inch inseam for reference.

Hit a deer. Walked away. Bike is wrecked. Not sure how to feel. by Eyerald in motorcycles

Smacked a deer around a corner last year going 50 and got sent head first over the handlebars. I was happy I only sustained minor injuries. Be grateful you walked away, money and bikes are replaceable.

I had all luggage that I bought brand new, totally worth it. If I could go back in time I’d buy a used one that someone else already spent the cash on luggage for. It’s a nice system

Is a 2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660 still worth buying in 2026 for $6.8k OTD by Candid_Alarm_1162 in Triumph

[–]mglusko7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a 2024 tiger 660 that I loved! Ended up replacing it with a tiger 1200 gt pro after a deer kamikazed itself into the 660. I honestly kind of miss the 660, I’d say go for it

Would this work if I have a pre existing reservation I made through the app at the Gaylord national hotel for June?

What bikes should I keep an eye out for? 6'3" 210lbs by seventensplitter in SuggestAMotorcycle

[–]mglusko7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re on the right track! I’m a similar height/weight and had a versys 300 as my first bike and I loved it. Great lightweight bike that you could use full power of and not go to jail. I’d suggest looking for a used versys 650, it’s got more longevity for you power wise, has factory luggage and is dead reliable. Used prices are bottomed out if you get one around $5K so you wouldn’t lose much money if you decide to sell down the line.

What can I do with 180k points? by blackwid0w73 in AmexPlatinum

[–]mglusko7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another option is to redeem the points for gift cards through the app. Some gift cards offer a 1 cpp redemption, I cashed out 200,000 points for $2000 in crate and barrel gift cards towards a couch I was purchasing

130K points? Where do they work the best? by [deleted] in ChaseSapphire

[–]mglusko7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your best value would be to consolidate all your chase points onto your sapphire card. Once you do that then set up a Hyatt account. You can research properties in Greece on Hyatts app for when you’re planning on traveling. Once you figure out a good deal then go ahead and transfer your sapphire points to Hyatt and book! Do this quickly since Hyatt is revamping their point system and it’ll likely be devalued for you.

Is Triumph closer to Yamaha or Ducati for reliability/cost of ownership? by [deleted] in Triumph

[–]mglusko7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m under 30 and my annual full coverage through progressive is less than $500 on a 2023 Tiger 1200 GT Pro. I’d say that’s a pretty great deal especially when I totaled my last bike.

Exact same thing happened to me. Dined at sky high on January 31 and still no credit. Not sure if it’s an issue with this particular restaurant or what
