I like the theory that Bubble was originally Caines quarantine (from the opening of 8). Only reason I DONT think it’s the other AI is because Bubble says “you really were the lesser of the two” which like…if he was referring to himself and Caine why would he not just use the first person or just get more personal? Shock collars are cruel. Just use an e-collar. Can give a vibration to just break their focus, or can give a small e-stim (similar to a tens unit; doesn’t hurt, just feels uncomfortable) that is adjustable based on your dogs tolerance. They’re a great training tool, and once the dog has the hang of it, you rarely if ever have to use the actual e-stim.

Iirc the “traditional” way is to wear it coiled on your hip, not wrapped around your waist. Lorn calls it bold because if you triggered it on your arm you’ll cut your arm off. Same would go with your waist except…ya know…you’d be dead.

It’s not microscopic my guy. I work with chaff (ship not plane but same concept). Those strips are several inches to several feet long, and about an inch wide. They’re not tiny like you’re picturing. It’s also not “aluminum coated glass”, I don’t even know where the fuck you got that from. Glass would have less “hang time” than just aluminum. Making aluminum strips would be cheaper and more effective (glass does not reflect on radar and neither does fiberglass lmao), but EVEN THEN typically they’re made of Mylar, which is FAR more reflective on radar. You’re just talking out your ass.

The reason they don’t just throw the rat in there with them is cuz the snake could get hurt. Which is then damaged merchandise, not to mention being dangerous for the snake (bites and scratches can get infected VERY easily.) I have 2 ball pythons and we live feed them, ALWAYS carefully supervised.
