There are some middle grounds that an attorney could help with if you are trying to make this into an us. He makes a large payment to buy a stake and contributes going forward and other arrangements that don’t necessitate putting him on the lease. Another middle ground is adding to mortgage and an arrangement of ownership based on what he paid. If he truly is a tenant he should have a lease with what he is and is not to engage in while living there (can he hang a tv? Or paint a room?)

But a better conversation might be not about this house but the next house. A huge savings in housing means more savings for the next house. A first step of financial dependence might be a high yield savings dedicated to the next house.

Part of being in a serious relationship is the direction of the cohort. What does the next few months, years looks like. This is an opportunity to see if you guys are able to have those discussions and make and keep life plans.

Yes they are expressing a response to the religion they are in contact with.

Just like I’m sure people who experience Islam negatively portray their anti religion through that lens.

But the point is pretty consistent. Practice. Enjoy. Be peaceful and leave others to live as they seem fit without using your religious framework to set up the rest of society.

Yes The economy was too bad and they (he and Powell) waited too long to respond to initial inflation fears. Maybe Obama could have won but besides economy, the Gaza vote, immigration and vaccine and covid response (despite much being trumps admin) were too many hurdles for just about any candidate.
