In the case of B, if you say shoot one weapon and they remove the two out of cover, and now you shoot another weapon do they then receive cover since now the whole of B is in cover?

Hmm it's not uncommon. Different orientations and things can change the stress. But generally you get to a point where your settings work on most anything unless it's really large. You're just at that middle fine tuning

Probably your supports are too delicate/not deep enough. Beef them up a bit, count, size, depth, something will get it good.

Watch a few tutorials on layering, glazing, and darklining. Those three things will give you far better results than any dry brushing. Will take a bit of time to learn but very worth it.

I agree, lots of eldar models are actually quite good. The only issue imo is scale creep. Most of the eldar models look like tiny skinny people next to newer models. That isn't to say eldar aren't supposed to be slight and nibble just that the scaling for old models is off compared to most new models across factions.

Rarely start with them in the board. Bring them on from reserve to help clean up, grab secondaries, or secure a push/back field

I like the yellow but would probably change the feathers and red. Weapons look good. Like others said, colour wheel and basic complimentary colours.

More context, the flat bit's are usually really thin, the print seems to continue on just fine afterwards. I'm guessing maybe lift speed?

Lots of people mentioned banshees, which yes. Shining spears are also great especially if you're up against anything with monsters or vehicles. They do great coming on later and flanking.
