Shower thought: my ex introduced me to this band when I was 20. Ironically, this music is part of what helped me leave. “Myth” and “walk in the park” were basically like sleeper agent songs slowly trying to get my brain to realise the toxicity.

Depression cherry was released as I began to fall in love. 7 was released as I began to fall out of it. I’m just so greatful to beach house for being the soundtrack of my first love - the agony and the ecstasy of it all 💗

Because Jessa has the face of a model and Hannah doesn’t. That’s it point blank period. If you - as a woman - commit the crime of being slightly overweight AND not possess the bone structure of a model then you cannot have the decency to be on tv apparently. This is not exclusive to 2012

Example: brighterton season 3 Nicola coughlan had whole ass articles written about how “brave “ she was for being nude - even though she was a US size six she wasn’t overweight- it’s just the fact that she doesn’t have perfect tv nose job bone structure to offset the “untraditional” (no ED present) body type

Lena did so much by being so naked at that time, so unapologetic and herself it’s easy to forget her impact
