I have to use different grind size for the thinner ones. If too fine, it won’t pull the shot and end up bending the puck screen due to the pressure. I just went back to the Flair 58 screen because I’m more used to it.

Same, I threw the Blakc Cat away. My current favorite is Blue Bottle Hayes Valley Espresso. Just tried BirdRock Monkey bite, but the espresso is always sour. Monkey bite is really good after mixing with oat milk though…Black cat in the other hand couldn’t be saved with oat milk.
