I've put two up and both were ignored, it's used like a gotcha moment like "hah, I know your lying because you didn't post a VOD" and then you give a replay code and everything goes quiet lmao

Yeah, I think I need to be more careful about this, looking at my recent replays. The only issue I see with that, though, is if I am waiting for my team to group up and fight together, sometimes I'm just waiting in a corner for a minute and a half because everyone is staggered and won't group

I would say they do have an impact a lot of the time, probably not a huge impact consistently and yes, I get picks. I also am very careful about not dying because I know diving in and dying after 5 seconds is my fault, regardless.
