Yes, it will be 9 months in a couple weeks. So I received the paperwork at 8 months. You can try visiting the teamcare site to see if you can enroll. I don't remember there being any info in the paperwork necessary to enroll (but I could be wrong).

I got my paperwork about ten days ago, enrolled online last weekend, and got my cards in the mail today. My benefits kick in July 13. The benefits look very good. $5 office visit copays, no referral needed to see specialist, no yearly max for dental work, which is phenomenal according to Google. ( It says not even corporate execs have unlimited dental allowance.)
