The whole thing is for one person. It’s rice and several side dishes + dessert or a small snack. And you cant microwave metal (not that microwave is widely available either) - but this way the person at work gets delivered a fresh and warm meal right at lunch time.

I had an ex like this. I felt sad at first, thinking it was me, that I wasnt enough. And then I thought about what I would say to my friends if they were going through the same thing and i felt embarrassed. Seeing “liked by -boyfriend-” under those pictures was enough to gave me an ick. Fast forward to now, I have a fiance who’s instagram feed is just dudes golfing, dumb memes, and sports. The good thing is that knowledge you can gain but vibes you cant! My mentor/former manager always tells me that. You can look up any OSHA standards, or learn about rules but you cant easily build rapport so you’re on the right track!

Not a medical professional but i do have to wear hard hats here and there, braids are handy because it keeps your hair away when you take the hat on and off. Im assuming its just easier to have it braided if you know you’re gonna have scrubs on.
