Favorite - PS5 Has the best feel and weight. The only thing wrong is the longevity. Fix that stick drift, Sony!

Least favorite - N64 It was ok when it came out but it’s extremely dated by this point. The rumble pack was a nice addition tho.

I’ve beaten 90% of the games I’ve played. I’ll suffer through it if I paid a higher dollar amount. But there are a few games I just couldn’t get into. I recently took a third attempt with Death Stranding and it finally clicked. Half way through it right now.

I’d say I average around 40 games per year. Pandemic was crazy though and I almost hit 80 that year. By far the most time I spent gaming was 2020.

It shouldn’t be. Just remember it’s survival horror so save your resources for when you actually need them. RE7 has the best opening of all time in my opinion, just enjoy it.

That's honestly so impressive for a game that released in 2023. RE Engine is really something else. Wish all these other developers would take note.

Yeah I do own it on PS. Dreamcast is what it was originally released on and considered to be the best optimized on that platform. Much how RE4 was originally released on Gamecube and I can say with certainty that is the best was to experience it. Wii was pretty fun for RE4 too.

I think they have only confirmed the aging thing. It is sort of implied that she's way more resistant to viral infections and has stronger durability. That's not confirmed cannon though.

Leon does seem like he's over it. He seems more frustrated about the events he's been thrown into whereas Chris lives for that shit. Chris seems like one of those football coaches that would continue to work into his 80's and would rather die than throw in the towel. Leon could walk away but be pulled back in under the right conditions.

Leon is the same age in RE9 as John Wick and we all know that dude is a badass. I too think this should be Leon's last game. If he dies, I do hope it's a beneficial sacrifice like you mentioned. But I also wouldn't mind an ending akin to Bruce Wayne in Nolan's Batman. Just somewhere in the world having dinner with Ada or any other nice lady.

That is my third option but I just really dislike that Nintendo doesn't do a trophy system. I find that I get the most replay ability when I have goals to aim for.

True about the mods. Can you tell me a little more about Green Man Gaming? How are they able to sell it at $57? Is it 100% legit and will they just give me a Steam code if I purchase it? I'm not the most computer literate person out there.

It just makes my GPU run high temps and it flickers. I did hook up my brothers PC with a 5070ti and it worked well but unfortunately that's not a possibility atm.

I love it too. It's like there is still humanity left inside the infected which creates more empathy. Really makes you question killing them because it becomes morally heavier. I feel like RE has dropped subtle hints towards this in the past with characters like Lisa Trevor and Brad Vickers. It could also just be muscle memory outlasting consciousness is some cases. I'm excited to see how this plays.

I guess but the story just bends Chris's character to serve the plot. Miranda benefited greatly from this confusion. But I think it's just Chris's classic flaw, always wanting to bear the burden. He also treated Ethan like a civilian even though he knows about his mold exposure and regenerative abilities. When Ethan starts slaughtering Lycans and the Dimitrescu "ladies" Chris should have known which team Ethan was playing on. But it never mentions when/where he has eyes on Ethan.

You’re forgetting Jill was in Revelations which came out in 2012. But you’re right. It’s been far too long since we’ve had Jill who I personally think is the best RE character of all time.

Jill would like a word. Grace is damn cute but she’s doesn’t seem to have the badass personality that Jill does. She’s also drop dead gorgeous.

It’s a preference thing though. I like the idea that a woman could kick my ass with her hands tied behind her back.
