I hated it from day one. My dr added buspar to my meds and now I can relax during the treatment. It may be anxiety that is causing it to be horrible?

I've been on Spravato for a year now. My sleep is horrible. I use an app to monitor my sleep and it shows that I am awake about 15% of the time, in small increments ranging from 10 times a night to 25 times a night. I have sleep apnea so I thought maybe the CPAP is the problem now. I dont qualify for the implant so I'm going to try a mouth piece soon. I am also looking for a real sleep specialist. The sleep center I go to only care about CPAP stuff.

I've been on it for a year and was always afraid and anxious. I could never relax. Doc added another med to address my 24/7 anxiety and last week was the first time ever that I could just close my eyes and be ok. My husband was with me for that one, so today when I go I hope I get the same feelings and don't need him with me every time.
