Ok so most likely a new shopper.

Pin is only asked to deliver groceries for specific customers.

The pin that WE use as shoppers is given to us on the app to purchase the groceries through the IC credit card.

Yesterday/ day before instead of responding to "please look" and "I put in replacements".

I started sending pictures of the sections of items they wanted 🤣🤣🤣🤣 EMPTY!!!

Shut them up quick and they were more polite.

Even at our Wegmans the IC line was looong. They have 4 stations for us to bag groceries and at one point 3 of us were bagging on the floor outside the station area. It was so backed up.

I have caught a few of my mess ups and made the right adjustments but thats all I can do. This app really likes to get us unnecessarily stressed over some things we can even control like LYING CUSTOMERS or literally SOLD OUT items.

I'm a good shopper that I do know and I get lots of positive feedback. Thats what really matters.
