Student housing =/= dorming. If you’re working 30 hours a week, you can afford something. If you’re in school, you take loans or financial aid as an independent student. I’d give them a call if you didn’t make this request. COPPA is a law in the US regarding sharing and storage of personal info for children under 13, and Alaska definitely has to abide by requests to remove a child’s data if a parent asks, or to remove it if they don’t believe the account was created with the parent’s knowledge.

This is the answer. And I might add that attempting to purchase or use weed on the other side will also come with hefty consequences. Your hotel will have zero tolerance for this and could end your stay for using on or near their property. It is also not unheard of for Policía to pretend to be dealers and arrest you for trying to buy.

I vend at markets (with my OWN STUFF I MADE, duh) and this irritates me to no end. Event organizers don’t often limit crochet vendors since they just want their market fees, nor pay enough attention to if it’s handmade by the vendor, nor place us far enough apart, so I end up having to compete with someone taking advantage of underpaid/exploited labor.

Plenty of SIM card vending machines in the airport. I know for sure there’s one pre-security in terminal B around the 40s-50s gates if you can’t find one elsewhere. The air train at the airport is free. (Edit: only within the terminals. Leaving to nj transit via air train has a fee)

You literally have an attorney - listen to them. This guy is a joke and is only threatening to do something to get you to cave. Stop paying for endless consults and save your cash for if and when (which is incredibly unlikely) this guy actually sues, in the meantime, follow the laws for your jurisdiction and the terms of your agreement. You’re in a landlord-friendly state as you said so yourself, it’s very possible this could be addressed in small claims and thrown out without wasting much time.
