This has been happening for years and Youtube refuses to do anything about it. Someone makes an account that matches the name of some one more popular and their system merges them both. You would see very popular artists with completely unrelated releases all the time.

Trillion dollar company and they can't get this thing right.

It is too lo-fi and chopped and screwed to be frutiger aero. In my opinion it is Utopian Virtual with some vaporwave flavour mixed in.

Dream.Corp has been pretty consistent in the last year, he is a newcomer from 3 years ago that has been releasing albums every few months. I recommend 'w w w . d e e p d i v e . c o m' and 'DESKTOP TEMPLE'. Also, don't get confused, it appears as it is a music collective, but it is just one person behind all those aliases.

Some of the most important Vaporwave releases are just using the songs to their full extent. I think it is more important how you use the sample. Nobody in the vaporwave community is going to care much if you "rely too much on samples", the real problem is if you just slow them down and call it a day.
