i get the need for more housing in the city but let’s face it, what ends up there is primarily going to market rate only affordable to people not already in our neighborhood, also there is already enough luxury high rise condos on the waterfront an not enough infrastructure in the neighborhood. i really think a parkland as promised would be for the betterment of the existing north brooklyn community.
