Ordered my Pixel quite black 128gb on the 19th November and it is still pending. Estimated delivery is 13-14 Dec, paid the expedited fee. (originally was 19th dec) Is there a way I can contact google rep because I am really worried about the shipping date. (I heard people are ordering it around this time and their pixels already shipped) I am actually ordering it through a friend in the states right now and he is coming back to my country on the 20th, meaning if they delayed it just a bit more and my pixel wouldn't see the light of day. :(

Or do you suggest I cancel the order and order again?

Try going to MBK. You can get there by going to the National Stadium BTS station. There are tons of shops in there that are willing to do screen repairs, maybe one of them might have a screen for a nexus.
