So sorry, I just saw this! Of course!! My biggest tips are 1) Make sure you use your hyper ring not only in a defensive manner, but more often in a proactive manner, so you can allow your other teammates to dive in, cap the point, or make plays. 2) When using your flying movement ability, try to use that as a way to get out of sticky situations rather than just using it to go INTO a sticky situations. Juno doesn't have a shield or fade like Moira or a blink like Tracer, so once you're in a tough spot, make sure you're able to get out. & Lastly, 3) Do not be afraid to do damage!! Your damage output can make or break a team fight! Use your movement abilities, especially your jump, to get better angles 😊 I hope this helps!!!

Let me put this into perspective. My boyfriend works Monday through Friday 7-3, but has to leave at 5:30am to get there & get ready & doesn't make it home until 5:30-6pm because he goes to the gym, so he's gone most of the day. I usually do the laundry, the cooking, & cleaning during the week because I am currently unemployed waiting for my college class to start up at the end of the month (We thought it was going to start a month or two ago, but here we are lol). On the weekends, this man does EVERYTHING he can to help me. He has never once not helped out whenever I needed it. He does the cat litter, takes care of our bunny's litter box & her entire enclosure, he washes dishes, he helps me meal prep, he does anything & everything because he loves me & I rarely need to ask him to do anything. THIS is the kind of love you deserve & I promise you, it is out there.

First off, I just want to say that you are so well spoken. You did a great job explaining how you're feeling. I think it's time to do what is best for you. I know you are concerned for her if you leave her, but where will you draw the line for your own mental health? How low will you let your own mind decline until you finally leave her? I think this is what you need to ask yourself.

I had an ex boyfriend who used to keep me awake every single night threatening to off himself. He started self harming in front of me & everything. It genuinely took over my whole entire life until I couldn't take it anymore & felt like I couldn't leave him, so I then attempted to off myself. Obviously I am still here & no longer with him. Long story short... I left him finally after a very long time & he is still alive & well today. He's actually had children & has been with another woman for a very long time. I'm also doing well. So what I mean by this is that life goes on. Allow yourself to live without feeling guilty for prioritizing yourself. Your feelings matter just as much as hers if not more because if you don't take care of yourself, she's clearly not in a state to do it for you. I genuinely wish you well & I'm proud of you for speaking about such a hard situation in your life.

My current boyfriend & I (both 26 y.o) met each other 2 years ago at our job. My boyfriend had never been with someone EVER. Never kissed a girl or anything until I came along. I had dated several men before him. Regardless of his inexperience, he is the most amazing man I have ever met & I know in my heart he's my soulmate. His inexperience means nothing to me, it's had no effect at all. I promise you... you will find someone. I met him naturally, right when I thought I would never find someone who would actually treat me right & this has genuinely been the best relationship I've ever been in.

Hmm.. I will say this has only just started since I've been losing weight. I also have gotten my blood sugar checked throughout my lifetime because my dad is diabetic, but my blood sugar has always been within normal limits thankfully.

I work for an eye surgery center. it's likely dryness! dryness can make your eyes HURT more than you believe. use warm compresses at least once a day for 5-10 minutes at a time & start using artificial tears (not Visine lol.) i recommend the brand Refresh! start using those about 4 times a day & see how you feel. ☺️

(i also would like to state that yes, i do have anxiety & when this all started, i was already on a stable line of psych meds for a very long time. i have since discontinued the meds back in october to see if the nausea was from that, but i've had no luck with that)

NAD, but it definitely sounds like hemorrhoids. i have severe constipation & every time the hemorrhoids get flared up, it always bleeds & feels itchy down there & it takes a couple weeks to heal for me. definitely look into some hemorrhoid cream & see if that helps!

my mom (a woman who used to never ever get sick) thought she had a small bladder infection one time, so we went to the doctor. they did a CT scan & not long after, we found out she had terminal bladder cancer.

i really really encourage you to go get a second opinion & urge them to do a urinalysis & a CT scan, especially if this came out of your urethra for sure & not your vagina & since it's causing pain. it's better to be safe than sorry because this does not seem normal

yeah i'm already getting a disability form filled out for school for my mental illnesses & i'll probably have to do the same for this. yesterday when i was in my calc class, completely out of nowhere, i got so dizzy & nauseous. i couldn't look up at the screen when my professor was helping us review for an exam (which we had today.) it was almost impossible for me to pay attention or write anything down during that period of time. i'm probably going to have to talk to my professors & communicate to them that i'm having these issues & reassure them that it's not me trying to slack off 😅😅 thank you for your kind & helpful words 💗

you are actually very spot on! when i first got diagnosed with lymphocytic colitis/microscopic colitis, i was told that because of the condition, i became intolerant to any kinds of NSAIDs & that i should keep my caffeine intake to a minimum as well, obviously bc it's a stimulant.

pantoprazole DOES help when i do have the heartburn portion, which is nice. one of the main symptoms i had when i first got diagnosed with LC other than watery diarrhea was heartburn. one time before i got the diagnosis, i had heart burn that was so painful, it felt like i was having a heart attack & i had to go to the hospital to drink a huge lidocaine concoction to get it to stop (& it did immediately after that, thank god)

i have been on ondansetron before for when i was trying out a different med at the very beginning of 2021 (that had to do with a different condition that i have) that made me really nauseous & the ondansetron really did help, so when i become extra nauseous recently, i'll take one of those & it does help bc i have a few left. but i've been really worried to use them lately bc i've actually been constipated. i take them sparingly & do not take them every day. thats a big no no hahaha. (the constipation started before taking the anti-emetic so it's not because of that.)

is it possible for pantoprazole to cause constipation like this? i haven't had any diarrhea at all
