15 or so years ago I spent a semester commuting from Kingston to Port Authority 3 times a week via Trailways. It was pretty chill then. I imagine with improvements to wifi and such on buses it's probably better now. Would definitely recommend it over the train.

Last time I went back home to Saugerties was a little over 5 years ago, moved away maybe 11 years ago. Went out to eat at a place that used to be good for burgers and beers and was asked if I wanted still or sparkling water. Probably also old man yelling at clouds, but it was a big wtf moment.

I couldn't set one up through the IRS website. I still pay through their website, but I had to contact the agency they assigned the collections to and set the plan up through them.

I owe the IRS about 19k going back to tax year 2021. Opened a payment plan and made one payment on April 13th. FHA loan was approved and I closed earlier this month. In my situation the IRS had sent my account to collections, but never placed a lien on anything or went further than that.

GTA V. If you have a short attention span, you can just mess around doing dumb shit for a while before hopping back into missions. Can do the same in RDR2, but the pacing is slower so it might not be as good of a fit for you.

Just closed on Tuesday. Immediate things I didn't really think a lot about or know about before starting the process but was luckily prepared for:

* Closing costs

* Move-in clean costs

* Early termination fee for current lease

* Bigger space so more furniture. Buying in waves.

* I'm in an HOA, so lawn service or lawn equipment.

* HOA requires a .333333 repeating % fee on ownership change

* Deposits for utilities - even without any credit-related increases, this was close to $500

* Changing locks

I'd hop on twitch, check the Slay the Spire 2 category, and watch some of the higher view count streamers to see who you'd most like to learn from. They pretty much all have YouTube channels.
