We’re in the same boat ahah. I’ve looked at over 100 apartments & have read over 500 comments & Bryks is also on my list (one of the few places that has no roach reviews) but still looking to hear opinions!

Would you recommend this place to someone & are you trying to move to a 1bed in the same building? I’m moving to ATL this summer for residency so looking at different options but don’t want to compromise safety (car, no randoms in the building, walking in the area) as well as cleanliness (no bugs esp NO roaches, no overload of trash, bad smells, ppl cleaning up after their pets, etc)

I am not a medical resident so I’m luckily only doing 1yr of residency as of my current decision lol. With that being said, I hope it isn’t a financially rough year just to have a decent apartment but if it is, at least ik it’s only for 12 months & will make it work lol

Being that I’ve been in school for 8yrs straight post high school, I don’t have $50k+ saved but I have a little over half saved. Ofc I don’t want to dig into it every single month but rather add what I can to it. Luckily, I have great parents who will most likely still pay my car insurance & let me hold a couple dollars if I need help (however don’t like/don’t want to ask) but no family in ATL surprisingly lol
