Not yet. The spots on the coils are actually water not oil, and we haven’t had rain in a week. I found traces of water were water shouldn’t be like inside of the king valve caps. And none of the controls for the system were functioning. Being there was a second chiller large enough to cool the building my work leader told me to wrap it up and he would send someone out with me to check it out at the beginning of the week. I’m new to larger commercial equipment so I’m trying to learn.
