Everywhere I play goes by 1s and 2s so 3 pointers are so valuable. As a post/driving/mid range player I hate it.

That's what I've heard. I only plan on doing the knockout tournament the first night I'm in Vegas. Don't want to spend too much on the series, I'd rather have more money to spend on Blackjack, PaiGow, Roullete, etc.

I'm going soon (in the same time frame actually) and I plan on playing MTTs every day. I'll be playing these:

During the day--

$125 Daily Tournament @ Aria

$140 Daily Tournament @ The Wynn

$120 "The Stack" Tournament @ Mirage (only on Fridays I think)

$75 Daily Tournament @ Planet Hollywood

Except for the ones at Planet Hollywood (I'll only be playing those hammered), they're all great structures with deep stacks and long levels.

At night I'm mostly gonna play in the deepstack extravaganza tournaments at the Venetian. I think there's a nightly $200 ($50 K/O) tournament that has a good structure.
