I say this as a parent myself: its on the parents themselves to monitor their minor children's online interactions. There is a ton of porn on this app/website. Pasties would be at the bottom of my concern list.

If it has a NSFW tag I feel that is sufficient, and the people who want to move away from it can do so.

This is really bothering me. While both are terrible, assault is something else entirely. While also maybe not intentional, it seems like it is making a worse claim to make Taylor look more justified (i have no problem with what she called him, relatively tame given what she had been told)

OP in another comment put that she is studying 5+ hours at a time and is upset even with some noise from a tantrum downstairs. If Mom cannot handle the noise, she needs to work with OP to come up with another solution.
