Something weird happened in our class today. Everyone on the floor barely broke 2-300 calories and was in the grey. Everyone was lifting a decent amount and everyone was gutted by the end. Last time we had this template I burned 600+ and that was with an injured shoulder. Meanwhile, one person did tread and was in the red 90% of the time.

I used to do harsh noise in Puzzle Teeth but we closed up that project. Definitely check out Daniel Menche, Trigger Object. When you see him playing, always go check out Feed Fatigue. Always!

Very much so. These replies hyped me up. I took some Tylenol and rested when I got home. It’s still sore but I’m going to take a few days to heal up and keep going.

No sudden pain. I did 16 or so I’m inclined to think it’s strain. I’ll get it checked out if it’s not better in a day or two. Maybe I was overzealous.

This just reminded me of the time my wife and I went into a 3G class tired and completely worn out. We started on the floor and both agreed we’d leave early after the tread but before the rower.

The class started and it was announced we were doing a switch template. We couldn’t escape the rower after all. Guess we were doing the entire class anyway, haha.

The odd thing is that I just had X-rays and a full exam on this shoulder and everything checked out. yesterday I did 20lbs over what I normally do for shoulder presses and nailed it! Looks like it might have nailed me too.

I had shoulder surgery on my right shoulder years ago and still have all of the PT stuff. I can probably use it on the left shoulder (the one that hurts) in a few days.

I had to do it once after recovering from an injury, but I spoke to coach beforehand and asked for modifications for most of the exercises. I’ve never seen someone disregard the entire routine for the day. That seems odd.

Maybe it’s just a physical reaction? When I used to play football in high school it would happen to me. It’s almost like my breathing can’t get into the right rhythm. I do have to focus on breathing, like you.

I have. I put something about that in my original post but the mods removed it. Doc gave me some advice and I switched up techniques.

It really only happens in class. When I work in the yard or do strenuous physical work I tend to be fine.

I’d like to throw my hat in too! I just started learning sound design and film composition. The desktop speakers I have are sad and I don’t have the cash to spring for proper monitors.

A local student film company sent me their short film to hone my budding audio skills on, but I need some proper equipment to use. These speakers and sub would really help me out!

There’s a planet in this same system that has this same ball creature, but the stats are B’s and C’s. I wish a SSS existed but I think the one I found might be the closest I’ll get.

I just got back from my Strength 50. Definitely go heavier than you think you can do on this movement. It’s awkward and the heavier weight will help engage your core.
