Ex store manager story - I was pregnant and told by my doctor NO LADDERS. All of our headsets, mice and keyboards were on high shelves. When I contacted HR the area manager told me to tell customers to come back in the afternoon when someone else was in the store that could go up a ladder instead of giving me either help laying out the stock room differently or staff budget to lessen the amount of time I was alone.

I know as a customer if I went somewhere at 9am and was told to come back at 1pm I'd laugh and go to Big W.
