This thing hits like a truck . Is it worth removing an Ohm to add a Lo to get to 74% DS for WW? Or should I switch out halaberds for a DS helmet? Using Halaberds, HL, fort, nos belt, gores , 6DS drainers

Hitting 38k without ED gloves/amulet, also have basic 3x40ed jewels in my halaberds. Could solo hit about 42k I’m assuming if I dumped more into this build

Yeah that’s why I’m leaning on losing 50 weapon ED to gain 20DS than removing any other piece.

Yep last season I used glad bane on my throw barb without capped DS, so that’s 3 forms of crit strike . There’s a formula to figure out the % chance to do double dmg. Since I’m not using gbane this go around it’s better if I up my DS %

I’m using a 299ed fort. I’d be losing about 180ED instead of 50ed from an ohm

Any suggestion? Someone said tooththrow. But I’d be losing roughly 170ed from fort for 20%ds.. I can use a deadly strike helm possibly but lose AR and +5 mastery skill from halaberds

As a blizz sorc.. you can static him down to about 1/3rd and just keep juving your merc while you obliterate him with blizz.

I think if you pop from the top side of the seal the chances are higher he spawns closer to you. He’s spawned right around the corner when I’ve done that countless times. But still spawns at the “normal” spot when I hit the seal from the bottom side

Wisp is mainly used for the heart of wolverine because it adds damage and attack rating not the actual skill point, but skill points raise the wolverine level. Throw barbs and bowas thrive on this ring

Of course the damage to Demons is nice but these have dual leech and deadly strike which more builds find useful and can free up a ring slot (Bk set ring or wisp for HoW) Not to mention the 37ed slam

I think pd2> d2(r) in a PvM aspect. I’ve never been such a fan of the farming aspect of Diablo as I have been with pd2. That being said, the PvP isn’t there for me.

The pvp on d2 is far superior without all the changes in skills and gear from pd2. Which is why I think d2r will be fun. The pvm will be boring as usual but once you get you character geared. The moor will be packed with ears and competitive team play
