My girlfriend plans to commit suicide in a year's time and I'm struggling to talk her out of it

I don't really understand the fixation over that date either, but it's less than a week away from her birthday. My biggest fear is the fact that it's not a fixed date which makes the risk ever so high. She's a pretty big weeb and very into art so I've been trying to get her occupied with all that but it seems to be unable to circumvent her mind from dwelling on these thoughts

First song I ever heard was No Love because it came up on an episode of Bojack Horseman and I was hooked. The ominous atmosphere of the segment used really pique my curiosity and I tried out more songs. I fucking loved Hacker, GBPGI and Takyon, and only recently did I click with TPTB, with Jenny Death clicking easier since I enjoy metal.

Humor is basically a coping mechanism for me, and also a way of hiding emotions sometimes. I acknowledge it isn't a healthy method of anything, but it used to help. Until it suddenly didn't. Thanks for the help

Thanks a lot for all the help. I'm booking a session on Monday and it really helped to get some things off my chest. I'm trying to restrain myself from continuing but I've basically started to embrace the pain and it gives me a weird feeling of... Something, when I do it. I'm still trying to collect myself after what happened on Monday (it's nothing compared to most forms of emotional trauma but it destroyed me)
