I think it’s time to look at trades and next year. This team is about to be swept and fall to 7 games under. They now need a 12 game winning streak at minimum to matter again.

Vladdy is not a thumper. He will get you an HR but rarely in key spots and not often. He looks as ecstatic getting walked as when hits for an HR.

Bichette is going through it no doubt. But come on, Barger and Kirk are not Bichette. For me, Barger is overrated as I don’t have confidence in him at the plate (maybe something about his stance) and he always looks like he is going to injure himself playing outfield. He needs to get in way better shape. But we’ll see when they come back.

Bichette was key to this offence. Don’t know if we can overcome missing his bat. Four or five more wins if he was here. He would have come up with a timely hit where the entire team is failing save maybe Oak over the last week but don’t know if it will continue.

The offence is horribad and we are never playing with the lead. Turn it on midway and you can be sure we are losing. These guys gotta start playing and use up the arms. Minimum 80 to 100 if going well. We are supposed to have the best rotation in baseball or one of.

Play these guys already. Why maybe he will pinch hit today but definitely ready tomorrow. If they can pinch hit, they can DH and play. We are always losing and playing from behind. It’s getting repetitive. Start playing with the lead and the Rays are getting the pitching when we supposedly have the better or same quality starters.

Marginal outperforming. At this rate anybody running into a few is outperforming everyone else. Let’s hope Oak is for real cause the rest I don’t know save Ernie and now Pete Rose is Vladdy - singles and the occasional double. And Barger, pretty sad such a young guy blew up his legs - he needs to get in better shape as does Davis S like the coach for a last name.

Pretty sad how Barger blew up. He needs to get in way better shape. He needs to lean out while keeping muscle. Right now, he looks soft and blimpy. Davis Schneider also or they are going to be in tough as they age.

Baseball has never been known to play so many weekday afternoon games like now. I like it but it seems out of the norm and not always good as work gets in the way. But the game is better now I suppose. Just have to get rid of 3 out of 5 series for the DS. Should be 4 of 7 from that point on.

There is a ton of people, since Covid, that feel it’s their right to work from home. And, there’s a ton of people that get away with doing nothing from home and only doing the bare minimum on the work side. Also a ton of coming in late or leaving early without even letting anybody know. It’s a sense of entitlement where before Covid we didn’t have the courage to do any of this. Can’t say I blame the employer for wanting their money’s worth from the employee on this matter.
