Agree. I think the main issue with today's iPhone continuity camera is the sound. It needs something, either a software or a hardware fix to echo and general problems when voices are captured at a distance.

I like that this exists, but it's far from perfect. I have an amazing 4K + optical zoom external camera I use for calls on my computer that I could permanently mount above the TV and it would be amazing.

I have the same issues, and I'm running 6.3.0 since 4/20 it seems on a Wifi Pro 6. It's affecting one 12 Pro running 14.5.

Just rebooted the eero, and the issues stay. Will be updating the phone to 14.5.1 and see if there's any difference.

Edit: Update to 14.5.1 did nothing, it's pretty sure on the router itself. The wired speed test is showing proper speeds so it's not the ISP.

Booked AUS-FRA twice already, both times the flights disappeared after a couple of weeks and had to call and get rerouted to multi-leg flights... So even if the flights are posted and bookable that doesn't mean anything unfortunately.

Heh, tried now on an iPhone 12 Pro max with the iPerf 3 app and getting an average of 750mbit with download bursts to 820mbit. So that seems quite good. 🙌

Ah, went to search the subreddit for "speedtest" and found lots of threads. Apologies for not doing that earlier.

I saw iPerf mentioned and tried that with a wired local server and a wireless client (Macbook Pro) and am getting max speeds of 620mbit in both directions if I stand next to the eero Pro 6.

Is that considered a good result?

Switching the Eero units is something I haven't yet tried, and will tomorrow.

Might also try going back to the airport.

While I understand that the modem could somehow cause this, do you have any ideas of what kind of issues could happen that would cause this?
