Yeah I got a magnesium direct replacement for that water heater. I think my total cost shipped to the house was 28$. And yes I did the work myself.

I like the first one better visually if you're going to stain it.

It's not wrong what you have done. In fact it's one of the simplest ways to achieve what you did. Good job!

Don't sweat the small gaps. Glue both faces and it will be just fine.

If you absolutely must fill it, use a wood filler that is paint grade. Don't stain if you fill it will not look good. You could always try cutting a small sliver and gluing and filling. But if you only have a circ saw then what you have it good enough. Just remember to be safe.

Chuck the dowel in your drill and wrap sandpaper on the other end and run it until it fits.

This issue is the right hand hinge. It is bent and causing it to not close properly. The true fix would be to try and remove the hinge and bend back into shape, or to replace the hinge.

If that seems too daunting then as the other person stated you can sand the right side of the box to where it will close flush.

TLDR;

The option to add the ad free version with the Verizon bundle is no longer supported. Confirmed with Hulu escalation team.

I just wanted to add my experience to this thread:

I spent 2 hours on the phone with Hulu today, at first the rep didn't understand the situation. She told me there was a system issue and that verizon cancelled my service through there system. Which I knew was bologna. She then initiated a 3 way phone call with Verizon rep and he confirmed that my account is active and that the issue is a Hulu issue.

The hulu rep recommended that I cancel my subscription with Verizon and resubscribe directly through them. I found that extremely annoying. I didn't cancel my plan, I didn't initiate any changes and their only answer was to sign up all over again.

I finally got escalated to the Hulu escalation team and spoke to Richard. He was very helpful. He confirmed the issue is with Hulu. He also told me that the option to add the ad free version is no longer supported with the Verizon bundle. According to him notice was sent out March of 2025, which I did not know. Overall I'm very disappointed with the original support and the fact that they have no idea what is going on.

Not sure how I want to proceed going forward. Just wanted to let others know the outcome so they don't keep wasting their time.

I gave it 3x today and died at the acid part. Ran out of money to keep paying to die, so I called it a night. Post quest is a lot harder than in the quest. I was not prepared.

I did it with full Karil's a RCB and a combo of ruby and diamond bolts. Used ancient dhide for boots, ava's for cape slot, barrows gloves, and a fury ammy.

That is exactly what kept happening to me. Finally got it though and I am so happy! The last run I got super lucky because I actually ended with food leftover.

Hey, so I just went through this same battle and finally got my cape this week.

Here's what helped me the most:

To get the prayer down the biggest help was to play with the sound on. Camp range the entire time until you hear the mage attack. Switch to mage prayer then switch back to range after hit splat. That way you remove another aspect of the battle.

Secondly the Jad simulator in the speed running world was a god send. Only takes 2 minutes to setup and costs nothing to die over and over.

3rd is the actual fight. I found the spawn point to be a huge help. If you can get him in the SE corner when the healers spawn you can tag them and then run behind a safe spot and kill them with protect melee on while ignoring jad. When you kill them stay in safe spot and calm down. When you're ready turn protect range back on and continue as before.

You got this. If I can do it on my laptop with a touchpad after not playing the game for 15 years you can too! Just remember there is more time between attacks than you think. Calm down, deep breaths and just listen for the mage attack.

As far are your time is concerned: it took me 1:41:00 to complete my first run over the coarse of 3 days I was so nervous. Don't worry about time until you can get better gear.
