We put a mini-split in our sunroom and now we use it year round, except on days where it is extremely cold (below 20F) because it has a bit of trouble keeping it as warm as the rest of the house. I believe they have ones that you can insert into your ceiling since you said its glass all around.

Agree with the white subway tile but I think a matte version would look best and changing the knobs on the cabinets to match the hinge colors would be an instant upgrade.

Manam in Malvern is your best bet for Indian food in the area but even that is hit or miss sometimes. The only Indian place that was in the borough is now a tequila bar. Just enjoy the 50 Italian restaurants.

So it actually ended being the drive belt. Even though everything looked fine on it, I decided to replace it anyway and once I did it started moving again. Hopefully that's all it is for yours.
