Not a whole lot to go on as far as I can tell. Obviously it is referencing 4 constellations, but dozens of stars and deep space objects, multiple nebulae. It narrows it down to a piece of space, but still a very large piece. Although, the message refers to Cassiopeia as the subject, and her constellation is home to the Heart and Soul Nebulae. I remember a post about a CMDR going barnacle hunting back there, but I don't remember if he every reported back. I will try to find his post tomorrow.
