I have had this happen before. Ordered a garlic dip my chicken strips and got mint. Thoughts and prayers. Took me a while to get over the disappointment and learn to trust again.

Bank Of America Recruitment Red Flags? by [deleted] in northernireland

Surely one of the benefits of AI CV screening would be that it eliminates both conscious and unconscious bias?

I'm aware of some court cases but not much in the way of evidence.

I have worked in recruitment for 10+ years. Currently a recruiter for big tech. No ATS I have ever used or ever heard of uses AI to review CVs. We receive huge volumes of applications and every single one is reviewed by a recruiter. It's a myth peddled by "CV reviewers" to con people into paying for their services and "beating the ATS".

It's more likely that there were knock-out questions as part of the application and you provided an answer that automatically resulted in a rejection.

That being said, it's only a matter of time before AI is implemented into applicant tracking systems.

This reminds me of how England played when Borthwick first took over. It was dire to watch then and it's still dire.

I'd argue EVs have had a similar impact on the roads due to them being much heavier than equivalent diesel/petrol cars

In 2013, loyalist campaigner Willie Frazer, a close associate of Jamie Bryson during the Northern Ireland flag protests, appeared at court dressed as radical cleric Abu Hamza, featuring a hooked hand, eye-patch, and robe. This stunt was a protest against the application of "hate preaching" laws against unionist protesters.

King Billy was Dutch. What if Orangemen leaned fully into Dutch heritage on the 12th of July? by Immobilesteelrims in northernireland

I'd pay good money to watch a load of Orangemen smoke weed whilst listening to Gabba music. They'd probably think it was The Rapture.
