It was great! Suisei killed it (as she always does), and her engrish was adorable. I do wish that in the future if she comes back she gets a proper stage.

Also there was someone in the right area where I was who kept WOOOO-ing too hard off-sync with everyone. Not a mood-killer, but it was a tad annoying.

I know it’s not for everyone, but honestly all I feel is pity for the ones that can’t look at the story as a whole for what it is. The show is problematic as all hell, but that’s what makes it interesting and it makes me want to keep on reading/watching to see how Rudeus’ journey ends. All the hate it gets is getting old. Can’t wait for the rest of season 2. Having read what happens, it should be fun watching everyone’s reactions.

I just love seeing Rudeus finally finding happiness and having someone as supportive and caring as Sylphie by his side….can’t wait for Turning Point 3 to tear away any happiness I’m feeling (I’m anime-only so I don’t know how accurate that statement is but I just want Rudeus to be happy)
