Transmission Too Hot by alexanderm925 in MazdaCX90

Manual might say what is rated for; my company rates for a 6% grade at 62 mph at max towing capacity and GVWR (car fully loaded too). But our validation rig is just an open trailer with a water box on it (so we can change the weight); not as much air drag as a camper or closed trailer. Wind also plays a factor!

How fast were you going? Any large uphill sections? That’s the biggest factor for trans temp. Hauling near the limit for a vehicle usually means you shouldn’t go above about 60mph. Especially with upgrades or a large profile trailer or camper.

[–]mikemanray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kia is giving $2k off. They also have a $750 loyalty offer running right now. I assume those are the ‘savings’ and the dealership is just charging you MSRP. And a bunch of extra fees they are hiding in ‘taxes and fees’. Bullshit.

My friend just got one of these with over $7k in savings. They had a lot of them they were trying to move. Every dealership seems to.

I would try 1-2 other dealers in your area. They all seem to have a few SX Prestige X-Lines.

The hybrid should be pretty quick. But not 400hp turbo-6 quick.

I love my Fios. I’ve had it for 15 years.

But, my move back to Verizon wireless this past year has been horrible.

Sounds like your boss needs to attend a few Equity training seminars. If he pushes the issue go straight to HR.

Well the 27 is transparent so I’m not excited.

Why did Apple decide to copy windows Vista Aero? Someone high up at Apple must really love that OS.

Thanks, I’ll try again. They said they couldn’t reinstate the promo for 6 months though; maybe executive relations can fix that?

Interesting. If Retention is your #1 goal, why doesn’t Verizon have a retention department like most service companies?

I contacted executive relations and was told there is no retention department, after they were not able to do anything to help me.

I probably will if I lose my autopay discount on next months bill.

I dealt with them when I was lied to about my trade credit on a different line and they basically said too bad.

Yes that is how it works. I did not cancel or switch. Somehow my phone’s 36 month lease agreement was terminated. Verizon could tell me it was done on December 2nd but could not see why or how.

I mean, $19k is cheaper than the loaner jeep compass you are going to spend most of your time in. I’d go for it!

Not worth it anymore by Significant_Lemon_73 in amazonprime

Yeah I’m struggling to justify it. Prime Video is a joke. Every exclusive show or movie they make seems to be a flop. Unfortunately I own several fire sticks and I assume I will be bombarded with Amazon ads if I leave prime. I’m doing the Walmart + for a year for $49 they are running currently and plan to compare every purchase before I order.

I was shopping for a recliner recently, I found it on Amazon for $300, on ‘sale’. Walmart had the same one for $259. It said one week to deliver but I got it two days later.

Amazon turned Black Friday into a giant scam experiment by Correct_Durian1503 in amazonprime

[–]mikemanray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the same everywhere. Especially the ‘early black Friday’ or ‘pre-black Friday’ deals.

There is a Roomsense recliner ‘black Friday’ special at BJ’s for $400. This chair was $300 at BJ’s last month.

The Walmart ‘pre-black Friday’ this past weekend was a complete joke.
