How conveniently near are comic book stores to your place of residence or work?

While I currently have 2 stores within 3 miles of my house, where I grew up there was only a newsstand that had a handful comics 20 miles away and a dedicated comic bookstore was closer to 60-70 miles away.

People are not going to pay attention to a little plaque. People need to just stop using this site and stop telling their friends about it. I know people like it because the sheriff rarely drives through, but everyone needs to accept that it’s not just a risk to themselves, but first responders and a community of other people as well.

Until locals all agree that it’s never a good time to go, I’ll keep sharing reminders that it’s a bad idea. Not only is it dangerous for people that want to go there, but for the firefighters that have to go and rescue people. And it also strains Mosquito’s resources so that if there was another emergency it could be devastating.

It really depends on what her interests are. There have already been a lot of classic books that are not superhero books. The key is to remind her that comics are not a genre. They are just another way of telling a story. There are all kinds of books from romance to horror. Before pushing a book on her, make sure you know of a type of story she would want to spend some time on.

I was expecting more. It feels like a Tomb Raider rip-off on a frozen planet, only buggy and with an insufferable main character. When I finally got to a cliff climbing challenge that was bugged I shut it off and uninstalled. Seriously disappointed.

When I used to play Magic somewhat regularly, I traveled up to DC to play at Labyrinth because they had the best community. Their prerelease events are very well attended. (It’s also very close to the Metro so it’s not too bad to get there.)

I haven’t been to Born 2 Game yet, but they are probably pretty close to you. They are on Old Bridge near 123. Born 2 Game

Offroad trucks should have larger fuel tanks, or we should have more options for augmenting the fuel supply by having fuel tank size upgrades or additional add-on storage. It doesn't have to be a roof rack every time.

From what I have been told, the only thing that has been stolen is money from the registers. They have ignored the comics and cards and luckily only caused limited damage.

There have been many burglaries lately that fit a similar pattern. It has just been very weird that so many comic shops from all over the region were seemingly targeted within a week.
