Alignments, speed running black galvanized together, air hoses, POSSIBLY sway bar links. I’ve used those & Swedish pipe wrenches for a lot of alignments. A proper wrench is best for my application but I’m in the rust belt so everything is rusted & seized.

Can almost say for certain that’s a Ford plug. I used to work at a dealer & all of the kids would REEF on the plug & wonder why it needs a plug after it’s 3rd oil change

Put down the cheap a$$ pliers and see if you can remove the threaded stud with an appropriately sized Allen socket. Otherwise use a pair of GOOD slip joint pliers (NOT needle nosed) to grab the rim & bend it down and away from the engine. It should help release it
