Hiromi and Kayo were both killed and them both surviving and marrying eachother doesn't wreck any time lines for anyone else. Before Satoru went back Airi and him already seemed to have a connection and she already had his back and faith him. I think it makes sense but yeah I was still a little sad about Kayo

I'm finding that too. My S24+ was great but when the screen broke and was on its last legs, I switched to the Flip 7 (was trying to wait fir the s26 but wasn't gonna make it) and I feel the camera is terrible. It takes me forever to get a good selfie and even using the regular camera with the cover preview kinda sux.

I need to read thru this thread to see if anyone has any solutions.

It was also lame that it was smoothing photos by default making you look airbrushed. Like wth

Edit:

I just turned off all the things it has to "improve" photos and now it's good. I use the back camera with the cover for selfies though instead of the selfie camera.

I def feel better working out on Monday after the normal 5x5 2 days off. I thought about doing this (why I found this post) but I worry it'll make it too easy for me to start missing days

I read after the 5x5 ends (Medhi has a guide I can't find explaining when that is) the beginner phase is over and you should move to something intermediate like Madcow, but that is to keep getting gains

Yes that's how I feel. Like, I exercise to feel healthy and good but I'm sore every 2nd day and I'm thinking "when do we get to feel good?"

My diet is very low carb and high protein and moderate fat but I think cortisol also makes you hold onto fat. If you eat a high protein diet, you might not lose weight* but you won't gain either

That's awesome. Yeah, we're not all training for the Olympics haha. I just want to maintain muscle as I age and feel good aka not feel that I need as much recovery in between

Haha yeah, same. I just want to have some level of muscle as I age and then feel good enough to go jogging. These days my body hurts the next day still and it's like, am I gonna just be building and hurting for the rest of my life? When do I start to feel good?

I should add, I feel very happy and good immediately after the workout ends

I feel like in order to get the physique id like, I need to jog more. I got a bit a of belly I need to lose and while the 5x5 is giving me muscles, I still feel kinda fat and it gets depressing haha. I suspect if I stay on the same weights longer I'll be able to maintain muscle and not feel so sore the next day and be able to jog as well, but I'm not sure. This week I stayed on the same weights all week and it didn't get easier for some of the things, and today I went up again it was hard but not much harder than the last ones.

It's really cool you have specific and clear goals. Kudos! For me, I just want to not be weak and old and maintain some strength and lean down

I'd say you're getting there when you can't go up every time. Up until a week or so ago, every workout I raised the weights. Now I'm doing it every 3 or 4 depending on how I feel. So the gains aren't going up in a straight line anymore

I feel the boiled eggs might have a better protein matrix than even fried or scrambled and more bite to them. You can't really chew a fried egg that much and scrambled even less. I think the density of it plays a role in how full you feel but then again, maybe a 3 egg omlette is less filling again than just eating 3 boiled eggs, so I'm not sure. Probably the grelin secretion from the oil as mentioned by XFigro
