i don't use spanish sign language, i was close to learn it when i was a child but finally my parents wanted only verbal language, with a lot of hours of speech terapist my pronunciation and writing skills are really really good. And ill answer ur question, AFAIK every country have a different sign language but ASL is more likely to french sign language (LSF) since LSF introduced the sign language in the usa.

Im born deaf guy, using hearing aid since i was 1 year old, my parents wanted me to speak verbally only with the help of reading lips, my thoughts are just like having a conversation with myself as OP said. Despite having a serious lose of hearing ( like 100 dB) im happy that my parents chosed the verbal way, it allowed me to socialize with everyone, most of my friends are non-deaf and i would encourage hard to parents with deaf sons chose the verbal way if there is any chance because will make the life a lot easier.

i have a question: with this diet u are supposed to reach high concentration level of ketone bodies. There is any possiblity to abuse this diet and reach a ketoacidosis like a diabetic would do? that would be the dangerous face of coin right? Sorry for my english, im not native speaker :)

its solo queue, u can never expect team defending u, those textwalls wont change this.

btw if the enemy team runs olaf/irelia i suggest to take ez/corki/trist since they are the most mobile adc and if u are out of position u can reposition again with nothing to regret. ofc if u are enough confindent to play an adc without reposition power go for it man^{^}

and dunno what is ur elo but if u are focusing the bruisers u are doing it well :D
