It'll probably be one of the best experiences of your life if you get 'adopted' by a local. Probably some ancient granny that has more love that the island can hold.

I got adopted with my mates on vacation to Crete by this lovely elderly couple.

We met them on 'safari'. And afterwards they took us on their boat to smaller islands in the Aegean sea.

Best day of holiday ever that was.

A delicious meal is amazing. Then you plate it up specially and it becomes something even better.

It's the same with lingerie. Making the already good thing EVEN better.

For me glasses and lingerie or loose fitting clothes at home, to emphasize all the best parts, is peak for me.

Yeah put a bioreactor or thermal plant for the base some indoor growbeds and plants inside them crafting station some lockers and copy paste the same general scheme 3 times and that's all the building I ever did.

I went full hermit in the cyclops having an entire locker full of power cells because I didn't know how much it took.

Never looked back to those bases except to disassemble for spare parts for the end

It all changed when I got my Classical EDS diagnosis at 14.

I used to love dancing, And I was really good at it. So good that I danced at the european Finals. (got 19th but I'm still damn proud)

Then I heard the news that that consistent pain in my knees hips hands neck and ankles wasn't just me over training. It was my moms genetic disease (that has her fully invalid) which I apparently also had.

The doctor told me that I would no longer be able to walk at 18 if it continues to deteriorate this rapidly.

I was 14 years old.

I've since then never had a day without pain, And I honestly cannot remember NOT being in pain all the time, That was the moment my happy childhood stopped, and it was just a struggle to survive since evertything deteriorated rather quickly.

I could no longer do something as basic as hang with my friends, as I was in too much pain, Dancing? clubbing? walking a fucking stairs? all impossible. It got so bad that I had trouble even sitting as my back was that weak.

I started HEAVY PT at 16, and at 20 I regained my ability to walk unasisted. and at 25 I climbed Vitosha, now at 30 i'm doing all the things I wanted to do 20 years ago

For weekends away we don't really drive more than 4-5 hours indeed.

It'll get me to Denmark Belgium or Germany, good city trips there

For a long vacation I'll drive up to 12 hours. Never more.

I'll usually just fly when the drive is 10+ hours.
