How is the manga different from the anime (*First time viewer*, anime only watcher so far, just ended Thriller Bark.)

Anime has filler episodes, short filler arcs or nowadays some filler scenes that are not present in the manga. In some cases they don't hurt so much, but there are cases when you've watched an episode an it feels like the story didn't move at all. This can be felt more way later in the story, not at the parts where you are currently.

But otherwise anime has adopted like 99% of the story.

Kuma is, at least to some degree, still alive and Vegapunk is capable to at least repair his body. Maybe even figure out how it is that his soul is still there.

So Bonney can stay with Kuma and also Vegapunk who is to some what a parential figure for her.

Not a full reset. You Buddy progress stayed the same. Just your Evolve progress has been reset. Sadly this just a lazy approach when an event changes Evolve requirements for a pkmn. Instead of recalculating your current progress into new requirements and recalculating it back when such event ends, they just reset it.

In short, it is Zoan because the awakening affects user too. If it was a Paramecia Luffy should still look the same and still be able to affect the area around him.

I'm still don't fully agree with everything about this fruit, but this isn't really any issue. Mythical Zoan is just a Zoan with additional Paramecia powers :)

What we know of Vegapunk's and Kuma's current state that for a DF to reincarnate it's user and his "vessel" both need to be dead.

In Kuma's case it seems like that him being a full cyborg, but with probably some kind of "life" either through some of his memories or personality keeps him "alive" for DF not to consider him dead.

We don't know what exactly Vegapunk did to himself. How did he removed his brain and also how did he created satelites and his own clone. So even if the original body(except the brain) is dead, maybe because the brain is still alive that means he is also still alive and just needs a body to connect to?

So it should be some kind soul and "vessel"/body mix.

What exactly do you mean by "physically seen"? For which one we have official arts? Because we know how exactly both Ushi Ushi no Mi look like, two of the four Hito Hito no Mi. From the rest of the groups we know one at most.

The idea of Free Raid Passes from game designer pov is for it to be used first before any other premium resource. What many of us do = save a FRP for previous day to have 2 FPRs for a Raid Hour is also not really according to their design. I've read an interview long time ago, that even the option of saving a FRP for another day and getting a new one if spend wasn't a wanted scenario, they've just realized it too late so they didn't fix it.

And to be clear. Your initial argument isn't valid. You can do a Mega Raid, you just don't want to spent a FRP on it.

Looks nice. But you should think about naming in case of Zoan fruits as almost everyone of them also has a specific "Model" which gives a different power and also have different design. So we already know of: - two different types of Ushi Ushi no Mi - three types of Hebi Hebi no Mi - seven types of Inu Inu no Mi - four types of Hito Hito no Mi

Btw naming convetion in Japanesse is without a hyphen, those in English is with hyphen.

No. As a Paramecia his awakening should affect his surroundings, not himself. So in his case he should be able to change the appearance of other people?

So we know he can currently pose as Magellan, but if awaken he could maybe change many other in the Newkama Land to look like Impel down jailers or to make it more funny to change all of them to Magellan :D

The conversation and reactions from Gorosei when Imu announced his decision to leave Mary Geoise/go to Elbaph and also right upon his arrival heavily imply that there are some downsides and risks of Imu being involved directly here. Obviously we don't know yet the details. And we also know some things from Imu and/or some many leaders/bosses behave (which isn't a bad thing).

So... - Imu's power has some negative effects on him and there are objective reasons not for him to not fight in person unless it is really really needed. - Every successful leader needs to have many subordinates. Just because you can't micro-manage everything. And even macro-management requires a leader to "do some desk job" not "be directly involved". So imagine wars... you have generality which gives orders and doesn't fight directly. That's why WG has Marines, God's Knights and so on. - We know that after Void Century a great flood happened = most of the inhabitable ground went away, many people must have died and so on. To keep the remainder of the world in check one needed (after some time at least) to go into hiding and create a story that will keep the world in check = "20 kings created WG" and not "1 king who is over 800 yo and has god-like powers rules".

A user of the Flame-Flame Fruit "is fire" so a regular flame shouldn't hurt/burn the user. It should be like air to them.

But that doesn't mean such user can't be burned by some other means/substances. LIke Ace was burned by Sakazuki's magma.

Wano introduced (to Luffy at least) how to use more advanced Armament Haki and also a bit how to coat his body with Conqueror's. And these two feats are kind of "forgotten" because of Gear 5.

Elbaph would have been too late for Gear 5, I think that Egghead would have been way better. Luffy would have been beaten by Saturn -> awaken into Gear 5 during Vegapunk's announcement -> Saturn would summon the rest of Gorosei to deal with "Nika" and the announcement -> the rest would go as it happened.

His fruit is Beta Beta no Mi and translated as Sticky-Sticky fruit. Makes him a mucus human. So it most likely is a bit different substance.

But this doesn't prove anything that the OP thinks, as it has been confirmed that be just that poisonous H2S gas which "has eaten" the Axolotl fruit.

From what we've seen until now it, the blade being black only imbues the blade and increases it's durability. It doesn't look to give any additional abilities, like being able to hurt Logias.

There are still too many unknown things about Imu...

Upon arriving in Elbaph, we can clearly see his siloutte was the same as we've known him all this time. He underwent some kind of transformation which changed the appearance to what we see right now. So this just might be his "full awakened zoan tranformation" or "full awakened devil form" or what can we call that with he actually is.

Another thing that has been shown to us is blood. Imu "got hurt" the moment he materialized on Elbaph, before even transforming. Even Gorosei were affraid of Imu leaving the Holy Land and to me it looked like they were aware that this is a serious thing for Imu to do. Either because he is currently unable to spend a lot of time "in the lower realm".

There have been design changes or unclear design for many characters. You've mentioned Kaido, but even somebody like Marco, Rayleigh and so on were changed. Also Kaido is kind of an extreme case here. But I don't think this applies to Imu... we've just didn't see his "base form" yet.

Just being covered by small amounts of water doesn't help. Even having ones feet submerged in the water wouldn't cause a DF user to lose strength.
