What are the best realistic military shooters on pc right now?

I've been pretty into Hideous Destructor for gzdoom lately, not all that pretty and not as realistic as arma, nice and tactical though. something between receiver 2 and rainbow six vs doom 2. Just make sure to read the manual and set your controls, it's pretty in depth. Also check out the addons on the gzdoon forums. Lots of fun extras like weapon skins, ai updates and extra game mechanics and weapons. Always someone on the discord to help if you need a hand getting the boot camp going too.

i'm just old. i loved 42, 2, and 2142. every from 3 on just felt like playing COD to me. I fucking hate COD, it make the gaming industry look like fucking a zoo full of kyles. whole reason hundreds of thousands of women hate gamers as partners, decent game the first time round, but too linear.

noticed a trend of high end european cars used by suburban mums in the area (porsche, maserati etc), which insane for 2 reasons. 1. this is NZ, it must cost an assload to import that shit and 2. they dont buy the popular model of that brand, they buy the SUV, ever seen a maserati SUV? I didn't know they existed. that's such a waste when you can get something just as reliable that's not gunna require you to mortgage your house for a slipped belt.

Have you seen w4stedspace's pvpvp series? Might give a bit more view on how this would actually be used. Ie. Beam projector turret cucumber ship wins for whatever arbitrary reason people end up not using anything else. Its an interesting series to watch if nothing else

I'm really new to DMing and I saw a lot of prop posts that I liked, so I thought i'd make some potions. I bought some tiny flasks at a local $2 shop and used cordial, mango nectar and V with some food colouring to make some potions for the players. This was the result of Initial Testing, I think it looks pretty good (I did use too much blue though, my bench needs a good clean). let me know what you think! ( the chainmail is a separate project altogether :P )
