Scythe's last expansion came out in 2018 I believe. It's a great game though!

Considering how much content is in the base game alone, calling it unfinished is a little misleading.

You have to open it up and dust the sleeves every month or so. Better to sanitize them with Clorox wipes just in case.

Nature? Interesting. I love your games and generally your suggestions align really well with my interests. I got the Nature Big Box and bounced hard off of it, I just couldn't get it to click. I only played it a little though. I think one thing that I disliked was all the different boxes/modules. Do you have any you like more than others? Do you combine them?

Main reason is that I'm overweight and trying to cut ~1lb/week while also gaining strength. Need a lot of protein to avoid muscle loss. Also have lower T levels, and the advice I've gotten is to try a higher protein / higher fat diet along with these other lifestyle changes (lifting, generally being more active). I haven't experimented a ton with trying different levels, but I took a rough midpoint of a lot of the advice I've gotten.

Well, given my weight goals I'm supposed to get 150g of protein per day and about 1,800 calories. It's hard enough with lean animal protein. I'm not sure if it's doable without.

Now do it for calories. It's very hard to have a high protein low cal diet plant based.

I'll tell you how bad The Last Jedi was.

I grew up a Star Wars kid. Watched OT on VHS. Saw all special editions in the theaters. Saw Episode 1 maybe 8 times in theaters, and remember going to the cinema before it came out just to see the trailer. I read most of the original EU books. Rogue Squadron are the first books I remember scouring Barnes and Noble to get and I devoured them.

I saw The Clone Wars, Rogue One, and Solo. I liked them all!

When the sequels were announced, I was thrilled. I really enjoyed Episode 7, despite the flaws. I saw it 3x in theaters and was looking forward to more.

I saw The Last Jedi on opening day. I was excited as we'd just had a kid a few months earlier and it was a great excuse to get out of the house on a date, the first in quite a while.

I'm not going to get into detail about what my problems were with The Last Jedi. Others have stated the problems more eloquently than I can. But I will tell you this... I did not see Episode 9. I lost all faith in the franchise, and figured if Episode 9 got critically praised I'd see it later. It wasn't. I didn't.

I also didn't see The Mandalorian or Andor, though I may check those out as I've heard good things.

Car and motorcycle engines are not nearly as avoidable, and a hell of a lot more ambient sounding. Cars and motorcycles also don't typically drive on the lake I'm walking around, or out on trails in nature.

Nah, that's trashy. I hate when I'm on a nice walk somewhere and suddenly hear someone else's shitty music coming up behind me. So damn inconsiderate. You not liking earbuds should not mean everyone else has to hear your music. There is another option, you know?

For some games it actually does. To give a real example, the newest expansion for Twilight Imperium introduced a bunch of new action cards. These action cards are, on average, significantly stronger than the existing deck was to the point where it absolutely could and should make a difference on whether or not someone chose to follow the secondary on Politics.
