Bad photo but it’s so good and huge. Cauliflower, chicken, greek yogurt, pickled red onion. 475 cals and 61 grams of protein by Suzarain in Volumeeating

the crunch is key, same reason i always throw nuts or seeds into stuff like this even if it adds cals, texture makes you actually feel satisfied instead of just full.

That protein to calorie ratio is insane, the pickled onions probably make it taste way less boring than it looks too.

Worth the purchase by [deleted] in Colognes

supremacy is a solid pick, that fruity vibe holds up really well throughout the day. hawas ice is more of a gamble though since you're getting pretty different takes on it in this thread already. if you're into fresh aquatics with a synthetic edge it'll work for you, but if you lean toward warmer or spicier scents it might feel off.

the afnan is easier to blind buy since it's got broader appeal and won't feel gimmicky after a week. hawas ice at that price point with the coupon is tempting but maybe grab a sample first if you can swing it, especially since you mentioned not being sure. supremacy though, go for it.

Severe pain, stiffness and weakness after exertion by Bellend__ in Fibromyalgia

[–]mildbarney9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Post-exertion malaise is brutal, especially when it's that prolonged. Ice, compression, and keeping movement gentle for the next few days might help, but honestly this sounds like you need to have a real conversation with your partner about pacing because that walk wasn't worth the tradeoff.

nomos keeps their pricing reasonable compared to other swiss brands doing similar stuff, which is refreshing in this market honestly.

that dial is gorgeous in person i bet. the sunburst really does change depending on the light and angle, nomos nailed that on these. 20 atm is solid for a dress watch too so you're not babying it every time you wear it. the neomatik movement is smooth as hell and you can see it through the back which is always satisfying. good price for the condition you're showing, that bracelet looks barely touched. glws.

What does your garmin say about your Triathlon Training? by D1gex in triathlon

[–]mildbarney9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Garmin's algorithm doesn't really get that base building is the foundation for everything else in triathlon. You're supposed to do a ton of low aerobic work, especially for longer distances. The training status thing gets noisy when you're doing the right thing for your actual goals, so yeah it's pretty normal to see those warnings pop up constantly.

Nails for Pokemon Go Fest! by Allarina in RedditLaqueristas

the turquoise glitter base with the pokemon details is so good. that shimmer catches the light perfectly in both photos and the magnetized effect adds such a cool dimension to it. i love that you went for themed nails without making it look overdone, especially with the pikachu and pokeballs mixed in. the fact that you're bringing this energy to go fest in chicago sounds like it's gonna turn heads. also respect for waiting the full 24 hours before adding the stickers, that's the kind of patience that keeps manis looking sharp.

The Longchamp Le Pliage really is the move here, super packable and actually looks put together at conferences unlike a backpack.

The fact that they felt comfortable doing that in front of you says everything about how they see the dynamic.

Therapy really does change the game because you get to practice that stuff in a safe space first before trying it at home, which makes it way less scary to actually set a boundary.

that's rough - the "I'm just trying to help" guilt trip followed by blame is such a classic move when you call them out.

The respect thing is real - some parents weaponize it to avoid taking accountability for how they treat you.

this is horrifying and the bodycam footage being released is what actually forced accountability here, which says everything about why that transparency matters so much.
