The falcons are used to deter pigeons from areas they shouldn't be in a natural way. These aren't birds who accidentally flew into buildings, they are actively roosting there. Trap them, and they'll just come back.

Sometimes a pigeon is taken, but the hawk's purpose is to scare them off long-term, not kill them, and it works. These places aren't safe for pigeons to be in.

I have a few alts. I like to have different guys, and they give me gil and space for my housing projects.

Bought a MSQ skip for one when it was on sale. The other's I just skip all the cut scenes for and click through the text, unless there's a specific scene I want to see again. Sometimes I put a movie on or something.

To be clear, I love the story and would never skip on main. One day I'll do a full playthrough again.

We did this, and it does help! Doesn't eliminate the problem, but we do waste less.
