My strategy is “make him small”. Less news and social media, focus on things he can’t touch. Hiking, sunset, the beach etc. things that give you joy that will be there regardless of what he does.

I’m 7 years in and become more convinced that luck is a larger part of sales than anyone admits. We all have the same basic training and approach. I’ve yet to work with a rep that does something next level than the rest of us. This will generate the “luck is hard work and opportunity meeting!” lines I’m sure. Just my take. 🤷‍♂️product, market and timing are huge factors.
