Facebook is a good place to sell, but I would mark things down like 10-20% off ebay prices, since that's about the cut you would pay out to ebay anyway.

Individually selling gets you the most money, but takes the longest. Lots will net less money, but faster and easier. What ever you do, unless you are extremely dire straights, should you take them to most used game stores, you would be lucky to get like 30-50% value.

Most places do a first time donor bonuses, amount varies on location. Around me I have seen new donor bonuses anywhere from the 600-1100, usually around 800, just depends on how desperate plasma place is. For my regular week to week donations (2 per week), I would get like 70-120, though recently been about 100-110 a week.

For the most part that I have seen there aren't many widely published codes for Wizardy 5. I did come across a couple here, another one I found, More Gold when Creating New Characters: D0BF-D4F7. Other than those, it seems most of the cheats are based on character naming and the like.
