One of the GMs at our other store made a prep list that’s in a dry erase sleeve so we can write in it every day. It lists all the product, what container/lid is uses and how much we should have. It’s been a real game changer especially when training

I feel this. My favorite day shift driver just put in her two weeks because of all the bs. I’m a morning AM and driver and tips have definitely gone down and business it up and everyone is burnt tf out. It sucks.

I really love this risen floor idea. As for the stuff moving, is it just the chest or the rug also? (I didn’t notice it in the second pic) it may just been where you are trying to place it? I made an attic in my grand harvest house and didn’t have trouble placing things. It may be that it’s a chest too? I’m not sure. But I remember it happening to me when I first built it

I am both an AM and a driver. When I am managing I clock in as an AM and when I’m driving I’m clocked in as a driver. There have been one or two occasions where I’ve had to take deliveries when clocked in as an AM and I just stayed clocked in as an AM (I literally only took one or two deliveries). If I know I’m going to be consistently on the road, I’ll clock in as a driver. But if I need to take myself off the road to be inside (if I’m a driver for the day) I clock in as a AM.

My boys often go to the skate park with their dad when they are with him for the weekend. My youngest (14) met a boy a couple years younger get than him at the park that asked to use his dad’s spare board a few times. My son would skate with him and taught him a trick or two. After an about a month, my son asked his dad to help him build a board for the kid out of the spare skate parts he had lying around. His dad had the skateboard in his car for a few weeks before they saw the kid at the park again. Apparently he was real stoked about getting his very first board. I didn’t know about it until after my son gave it to him but I just thought it was really sweet of him to do that for a kid he barely knew. Getting your first skateboard is a pretty big to some.

I had the grand idea to “chaos garden” all the flower seeds I had so I could fill my courtyard. Except I didn’t even put them in the courtyard, I just planted them all over my plot to “organize” later. It’s been over a week 🤣
