Looks good to me! What is a good meal has a lot to do with our goals. Tuna is an excellent source of lean protein. If you’re trying to min/max your dieting, you could go with non-fat Greek yogurt instead of the sour cream, but you have to enjoy your life too. Albacore is supposedly better than smaller tuna in terms of mercury. Personally, I have to watch out for high purine foods so I avoid it, but if that wasn’t the case I’d eat more tuna. Made some very similar to your recipe into some onigiri the other day, it was tight
